3. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund: Cancellations made 35 days or more before arrival.
- Non-refundable: Cancellations made under 35 days before arrival.
- No-show: Full payment is charged; non-refundable.
- No deposit required — full payment upon booking.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 16:00
- Check-out: 12:00
Late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur a fee.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Respect the property, surroundings, and other guests
- Follow all posted rules and instructions
- Report damage immediately
- Pay for any damage caused by themselves or their party
Maximum occupancy per dome: 4 guests
7. House Rules
- No smoking inside the domes
- Pets allowed on request only (approval required before booking)
- No parties or loud disturbances
- Guests must comply with Norwegian law while on the property
8. Liability
Dyrja Domes is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injuries caused by negligence, misuse of facilities, or natural conditions
- Events outside our control (weather, road closures, etc.)
Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
9. Use of Website
You may not:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
- Copy website content without permission
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
